At AtelierDraft, we are committed to your complete satisfaction with every purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and refunds for products purchased on our website.

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order with AtelierDraft, you acknowledge and agree to the terms described herein.

Eligibility & Timeframe

To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be:

  • In its original, unused, and unaltered condition.
  • In the original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and protective materials.
  • Accompanied by the original proof of purchase (order number/invoice).

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and copyright reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive defective or damaged:

  • Opened or used ink cartridges, refills, and adhesives.
  • Personalized, engraved, or custom-made items (e.g., monogrammed notebooks).
  • Downloadable digital products, software, or digital content.
  • Gift cards or store credit.
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance."

Return Process

  1. Initiate Your Request: Contact our support team at [email protected] within the 30-day period. Please include your order number and details about the product and reason for return.
  2. Receive Instructions: Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return shipping instructions.
  3. Ship Your Item: Securely package the item(s) with the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package. Ship it to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your proof of postage.
  4. Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.

Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped) or a defective product.

Refund Timing

After your return is approved, please allow:

  • 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed by our team.
  • An additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your bank or credit card account, depending on your financial institution's policies.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order number and clear photographs of the product and its packaging. We will arrange a prepaid return label for the item and expedite a replacement or full refund, including original shipping costs.
