Refund & Return Policy
We strive for your complete satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return most new, unopened, and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Items must be in their original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Sale items, personalized/customized products, and certain perishable goods may be final sale and not eligible for return unless defective.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
