Shipping & Delivery
At AtelierDraft, we are committed to delivering your carefully selected writing instruments, paper goods, and creative tools to you securely and efficiently. This policy outlines our standard shipping procedures.
Shipping Areas & Processing
We currently offer Standard Shipping to a wide range of international destinations. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our warehouse.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight/dimensions. We do not offer free shipping at this time.
Estimated Delivery Times (After Processing):
- Domestic (Mainland): 5-10 business days.
- International: 10-25 business days.
Please note these are estimates and not guarantees. Delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance procedures, local postal services, or seasonal peaks.
Order Tracking
You can track your order using the link provided in your shipment confirmation email. For the most accurate and up-to-date location of your package, please use the tracking number on the carrier's official website.
Shipping Address & P.O. Boxes
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of order placement. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. We can ship to P.O. Boxes via our Standard Shipping service.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, please be aware that your country may impose import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product or shipping prices. We cannot predict or control these fees. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
Undeliverable Packages & Returns to Sender
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal at customs, or failure to collect from a local depot, we will contact you via email. A refund for the merchandise will be issued, minus the original shipping cost and any return shipping fees we incur.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package appears damaged upon delivery, please refuse it or note the damage with the carrier. For any issues with delivery, including lost packages, please contact us promptly at [email protected] with your order number. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
